personality;; Up until Ruri was about nine, she was a rather quirky person. She most always spoke in a monotone voice unless excited about something, and was always very curious. As she grew older, the quirkiness faded away, and she became serious about school, and girlier, too. She was still just as curious as ever, though. Her monotony transformed into not being swayed by anything; she was rather hard to excite and didn't express her feelings very well. However, she was always close with her sisters, and was able to open up more to them. She took up an interest in martial arts after seeing a friend play a fighting game, and took lessons, becoming quite good.

After her sister's death, her personality became extreme - she focused much less on fashion, and became a cold, uncaring person. Her goal is to avenge her sister and eliminate all the senshi, and that's the only thing she focuses on. Now, she spends her days training and keeping up with the recent news to know where to find senshi. She's cut of all ties with her few friends, and is now a loner, not trusting anyone. She's afraid to get close to anyone else, because she doesn't want to see anyone else get hurt.

While she's taking all of her hurt, anger, and frustration out on the senshi, she's inwardly very insecure. Really, all she wants is her sister's back in her life. Upon finding out that no senshis tried to rescue her sister, she lost all trust in them, and stopped depending on people. What she really yearns for is someone she can trust again. Basically, she's an emotional breakdown waiting to happen.

speciality;; Since she has Metal Power, her powers come from a star in the constellation of Ara, Mu Arae. This star is extremely high in metal content and is where her powers are harnessed from.

weapon(s);;The chain on her choker disconnects so she can use it as a whip. It's also handy for catching things. She also wears rings, which have small buttons on them they release a tiny hook like blade.

attacks and techniques;;When Ruri transforms using her bracelet, she's able to control the metal around her to a small degree. This includes moving or warping it. Her powers are limited, though. This means she can't do something like lift an entire building. The distances she can move metal is short - only about thirty feet.

She was also a martial arts student, and uses her skills to attack, as well.

Metallic Whip: She uses her necklace/chain/belt as a whip to strike down or capture her enemies.

Spike Ring: She grabs onto her opponent, then releases the tiny blades from her rings, effectively digging them into her opponent. Useful for simply injuring, or even getting a good hold on them. Can cause rather severe injuries if she cuts with them.

true form or outfit;;The outfit she transforms into is composed of a black, off the shoulder top, with one short sleeve and one long. The long sleeve has two metal buckles on it, holding the garment tightly to her arm. It's paired with a dark purple skirt, with a metal strip near the bottom. She wears steel toed combat boots. Around her neck is a metal choker, to which is connected two chains, that loop around her body and connect to a belt on her skirt. Her normal hair ties are replaced with silver ones that have small metal blades attached. Of course, she still has the transformation bracelet on her wrist.

allies;; She doesn't have friends, or allies. She works alone.

enemies;; The senshi.

parents;; She has them, but they're of no importance. Pretty absent from her life, at this point.

siblings;; Ruri does have two sisters, one being the senshi, Sailor Voxus. (She doesn't know that, though.) Both of them died, however. One was murdered, and the other one died from a terminal illness.

other relations;; She doesn't have any other relatives, but she does know this one boy, Akio. After her sister died, he came storming into her house, apologizing over and over again. She still doesn't know what he was apologizing for.

crush and sexuality;; She has no crushes, but she is bisexual.

history;;She was born in Japan, to a normal family. At least, that was what she thought. She had two sisters, both of which she cared deeply for. She and her sisters led a normal life, attending school and going about their daily business just like anyone else. Ruri was quite a fashionista, and also practiced martial arts. There was a four year age difference between her and her oldest sister. One day, when she was nine, Ruri found a pretty silver cuff-like bracelet half buried in the ground. Thinking it was a nice accessory, she brought it home, not thinking anything of it. She wore that bracelet everyday, because she liked it so much.

The next year, her entire life changed. When she was only ten years old, her oldest sister died from unknown causes. Distraught, she went into a state of depression, and that was when her powers activated. As it turns out, the bracelet turned out to be a trigger, or transformation item of sorts. In the moment she was overcome with agony and frustration for her sister, the bracelet started to glow, and she was transformed into some sort of warrior. (Posting an outfit above.) She isn't a senchi, though. Through a little experimentation, she found out she has metal based powers, being able to control metal around her to a slight degree.

The next day, a boy in middle school named Akio came into their house and started hysterically apologizing - her family never found out why. However, Ruri assumed it had to do something with her sister's death, and started to blame Akio for it. During that time, she realized no Senshi had tried to save her sister, and that was the day she vowed to use her new power to destroy all of the senchi, to avenge her sister's death and prove that they aren't as good as everyone thinks. A short time after that, her other sister died. This made her a much colder person, and she cut off all ties to people in fear of being hurt again.
