Lilith has a slightly younger sister named Lilac that was kidnapped when she was young and would love it if she returned.~ Needs to be the same age as Lilith, and either the same FC or a very close one to it. History needs to be relatively the same up until the time she was kidnapped, then the rest is up to you. Whether she is normal or senshi is also up to you. Basically everything else is up to you. XD

When she will be applied for is unknown at this point, though. It may take a little time to decide her personality... but, her general back-story and face-claim is known.

I'm not against anyone else picking her up if they want to. If I do make Liliac, however, she will be the last character I make... simply because I can't appropriately handle more than four-five characters, or I become inactive
